Training Programs

Sports-Specific Training

Get that edge you need to stay ahead or to get that college coach to notice you. Our programs are designed based on needs of the individual. There are no stock Sports-Specific Training Programs at Foundation Strength & Conditioning. We assess every athlete to determine the most productive way to make each individual better. We meet with you to discuss goals and current ability level. Training is age appropriate and geared toward correcting imbalances BEFORE increasing strength and speed.

Training is available for individuals, small groups, and teams (up to 10 athletes at a time). Athletes train with a low coach-to-athlete ratio. Programs are set up in 4, 6, 9, and 12-week training plans. Training sessions can be 2, 3, or 4 days a week. Athletes can train preseason and during season. Pole Vault Preseason Training Program

Foundation Strength offers a one-of-a-kind program for pole vaulters. We have preseason training programs starting as early as October for the spring track season. Programs consist of strength training, vaulting drills, speed development, and pole vaulting. Each athlete is Performance Screened and a program is developed to cater to their individual needs. Programs are designed in 4-16 week increments. This is a great way to increase the safety and productivity during the track season when the athlete trains at his or her school. The emphasis is on building strong fundamentals in the event.

Speed & Agility Camps

Want us to come to you? We offer two-day speed/agility camps for groups of 10 athletes or more. Each session is 3 hours and includes a free Foundation T-shirt.

Boot Camps

We also do custom boot camps for your office, team, friends, or family. Boot camps can be conducted at your place or ours. Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Payment for package is due up front from minimum of five people.
