Our facility, as a whole, is a "one-stop shop" for performance living. Packages can be worked out so that any of the services can be utilized together. We offer sports performance training, personal training and small group training at this location. We specialize in post rehab training- to bridge the gap between physical therapy and fully functioning activities.

It is a 20,000 square foot facility with four volleyball courts, a strength and conditioning facility, a pro shop, a cafe, and a pole vault facility. We offer a one of a kind preseason pole vault training program as well as sport performance training for any sport, personal training, and small group training. We also offer classes.
