Learn the drills and progression that Coach Michael LoBue has used with his top performing athletes over the years. Our pole vault camp is designed for any level of vaulter. Our objective is to have the athlete leave with a basic progression of drills and skills to use back at their school.

Foundation Health & Performance offers a one of a kind camp for the defensive football player. Our goal with Linebacker Camp is teaching children from 10-19 years old how to play the most dominate position on the defensive side of the ball. This linebacker camp is specifically designed to give the linebackers defensive backs a place to go to become a better player.
We do this by improving the young LB's footwork, pass drops, blitz techniques, play recognition, tackling, and taking on blockers. We also develop the athlete with an emphasis on core strength, movement coordination, flexibility and speed.
